A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by Healthe Care Australia Pty Ltd for its Healthe Care Pty Ltd (New South Wales Hospitals) and The NSWNMA/ANMF NSW Branch Enterprise Agreement 2017 has been approved by Fair Work Deputy President Kovacic in Canberra on 30 May 2018.
