A s.225 (Enterprise agreement) application emanating from Elan Medical Supplies Pty Ltd T/A Elan Medical Supplies for the termination of the Elan Medical Supplies Enterprise Agreement 2009 has been approved by Fair Work Senior Deputy President Hamberger in Sydney on 23 April 2018.
