The Fair Work Commission has ruled on the Amy-Leigh Perry claim against Far West HACC Services Inc T/A Far West HACC Services. The ruling runs as follows: “Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) s.385(c) – Small Business Fair Dismissal Code – valid reason for dismissal – respondent held the belief that the applicant’s conduct sufficiently serious– belief held on reasonable grounds – investigation conducted – dismissal consistent with Small Business Fair Dismissal Code – dismissal not unfair – application dismissed.”
