A s.185 (enterprise agreement) application by Italian Benevolent Foundation Inc T/A Bene – Aged Care for its Bene – Aged Care Nursing Employees ANMF (Aged Care) Enterprise Agreement 2017 has been approved by Fair Work Deputy President Masson in Melbourne on 7 March 2018.
