A s.185 (Enterprise Agreement) application by the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association for its New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association and Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch Employment Enterprise Agreement has been approved by Fair Work Deputy President Beaumont in Perth on 8 February 2018.
