A s.185 (Enterprise Agreement) application by Healthe Care Australia Pty Ltd for its Healthe Care (Abbotsford Private Hospital & Blackwood River Clinic) Nurses’ Enterprise Agreement 2017 has been approved by Fair Work Commissioner Johns in Melbourne on 2 February 2018.
