A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by Summer Hill Aged Care Services – Nursing Home Pty Ltd for its Summer Hill Aged Care Service – Nursing Home Pty Ltd, NSWNMA, ANMF NSW Branch and HSU New South Wales Branch Enterprise Agreement 2017 has been agreed by Commissioner Saunders in Melbourne on 5 September 2017.
