Two major aged care centres in Goulburn have enforced visiting restrictions in fear of influenza cases affecting patients and staff. This follows a warning by the Southern NSW Local Health District last month, citing a rise in influenza cases for the state. Both Warrigal and Gill Waminda Aged Care Plus Centre have enforced procedures to ensure the flu does not readily pass to their patients and staff.
