No action will be taken by South Australian police in relation to three incidents at a state-run nursing home which is set to close because of the poor standard of care. The incidents were referred to police for investigation following a review of the Oakden facility in Adelaide, which caters to elderly dementia patients. Police say they have examined the information from the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network and no further action will be taken.
