The family of an elderly resident killed at the trouble-plagued Makk and McLeay nursing home at Oakden says the South Australian Government has swept their story under the carpet. Almost a decade after Graham Rollbusch’s death, his niece Lorraine Allen is still searching for answers. Her questions come in the wake of recent allegations of mistreatment at Oakden, with former resident Bob Spriggs found severely overdosed and bruised, thought to be caused by the use of restraints. The facility is under Commonwealth reprimand, and was at the time of Mr Rollbusch’s death in 2008.
