Sally-Ann Sherman has failed to get up her unfair dismissal claim against Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation. Commissioner Wilson in Melbourne on 15 December 2016 ruled “Ms Sherman’s termination of employment was a voluntary resignation on her part and she was not forced to do so because of conduct, engaged in by Sunrise Health Service”.
