Edward Williamson has struck out in his pursuit of the War Veterans’ Home Myrtle Bank Incorporated T/A RSL Care SA for unfair dismissal. Fair Work Deputy President Bartel in Adelaide held that he was jurisdictionally barred from hearing the case. Williamson was one day short of serving the minimum period of six months.
