A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by Brightwater Care Group Limited for the Brightwater Care Group Limited Health Services Union of WA Enterprise Agreement 2019 (Health and welfare services) has been ratified by Fair Work Commissioner Williams in Perth on 16 January 2020.
